Postage & Packing within the UK is included in ALL prices shown; rates for overseas ordering are very reasonable and vary according to destination and weight of the order; email us for a price or refer to the tables at the bottom of each item page.
You can checkout using credit/debit cards; or we can also accept payment by PAYPAL - you can pay by most major Debit or Credit Cards this way. Visit www.paypal.com to find out more. We can send Paypal Invoices to our customers, so if you want to pay this way - let us know and we’ll send you an Invoice. You do NOT need to sign up for a Paypal account to pay this way.
We aim to dispatch all orders within Ten Working Days (roughly two weeks) of receipt of Payment; please note that each and every garment is handmade which does take time! We want your clothes to be the best that we can make them after all! :o)
We will need to know your height if ordering skirts, dresses or gowns - they are based on an average height of 5’7”, so if you wanted anything shorter or longer (though there may be a charge to cover additional fabric costs) then let us know.
We make standard sized garments to the measurements shown on our size chart; if your measurements differ to any degree from the sizes on our chart, then we can easily make to fit your measurements, although please note that garments made to your specific measurements are non-returnable except in the case of machining/fabric faults. You will ALWAYS get the best fit if you let us know your measurements!
Please note that we ONLY accept returns via prior arrangement. We do NOT accept returns if order two (or more) items to see which one you like best, as the clothes will be made for YOU and you alone; to your measurements and height; with love and spoooky magick.
