The steamed velvet bodice is fitted, with topstitched panels at the front; with a mesh Upper Bodice that's gathered over the bust at front; and with keyhole at the back. There's a steamed velvet collar, trimmed with lace, that fastens at the back with an embroidered frog fastener.

The amazing skirt has a separate antistatic underskirt, layer of net, a layer of taffeta with a floor-sweeping tier, and an outer layer of rouched chiffon, gathered at the back into a net bustle and taffeta bow.
