Our epic rendition of Galadriel's White Council Gown!

This is basically two gowns in one, joined at the rouched neckline; an underdress made from Shimmering White Spandex Velvet, then a sheer outerdress in white mesh, which includes an epic train.

Then the mesh sleeves are just *amazing* - there's an insane amount of fabric in them, slit at the front and finishing in another epic train on each sleeve!
